Lars Hedegaard Andersen (born 14 August 1975) is a Danish cricketer. Hedegaard is a right-handed batsman who bowls right-arm medium pace. He was born at Grenå, Århus County.
Hedegaard made his international cricket debut for Denmark in the 1997 ICC Trophy against Malaysia. From 1997 to 2001, Hedegaard represented Denmark in 12 ICC Trophy matches, the last of which came against the UAE in the 2001 competition.[1] He made his List A debut for Denmark in the 1999 NatWest Trophy, which formed a part of the English domestic season, against the Kent Cricket Board. He represented Denmark twice more in English county cricket up to 2003.
His international List A debut came in the 2000 ICC Emerging Nations Tournament against Zimbabwe A. Hedegaard's final List A match for Denmark came in the 2007 ICC World Cricket League Division Three against Argentina.[2] To date, Hedegaard has played 13 List A matches for Denmark, scoring 167 runs at a batting average of 16.70, with a high score of 46*.[3] With the ball he has taken 5 wickets at a bowling average of 47.00.[4]
Hedegaard has not played for Denmark since 2009.
